Shipment & Payment Terms

The following Shipment & Payment terms shall apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

- The prices on the product pages contain no shipping costs.
- The shipping costs depend on the delivery country.
- In the case of partial deliveries, shipping costs can be incurred several times.
- For Germany the shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart, for other countries we will inform you about them after receipt of your request.

Germany
- Deliveries within Germany: 8 EUR
- Inclusive of legally applicable VAT
- We usually ship with UPS, in exceptional cases with DHL
- We accept payments via credit card or on advance payment

EU
- Deliveries within EU: 35 EUR
- Inclusive of legally applicable VAT
- We usually ship with UPS, in exceptional cases with DHL
- We accept payments via credit card or on advance payment

Worldwide
- Shipping costs will be advised upon request
- Country-specific shipping restrictions: Please be advised, that international shipments to certain countries are subject to restrictions. Not all products can be shipped to every country.
- The following countries are excluded from shipments: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, Syria
