Der US-amerikanische Fotograf Alex Webb, seit 1976 Mitglied der Fotoagentur Magnum, präsentiert seine Arbeiten von 1979-2013 in der Leica Galerie Frankfurt. Mitte der 1970er Jahre fotografierte Webb im amerikanischen Süden das Kleinstadtleben in Schwarz-Weiß, sowie in der Karibik und in Mexiko. Im Jahr 1978 fing er an, in Farbe zu fotografieren, wie er es auch weiterhin tat.
